The billeting service is essentially people oriented. It contributes in insuring that individuals who visit our church are warmly welcomed during their stay with us. The leader of the billeting service organizes and coordinates hospitality for individuals and/or groups which are invited by our church; the primary function is to insure that the housing and transportation needs of guests are met. Offering an enthusiastic and hospitable welcome to our guests contributes to the success of our relationship with other churches.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•  Remain informed as to planned church activities

•  Prepare a list of billeting homes

• Organize the billeting before the arrival of guests

• Greet the guests as they arrive

• Coordinate hospitality as guests arrive in homes.
