 To be a source of refreshing and blessing in  our surroundings, Quebec, Canada and the Nations. (Gen. 12: 1-3) 

To seek out the good of our region (Jer. 29: 1-11) 

To meet the needs of the population which surround us (helps ministry) 

To carry high the torch, the salvation of the Resurrected to the ends of the earth (Isaiah. 49: 6, Acts 1: 8)
